Holiday Home Owner Reporting in Dubai

Understand bookings, charges and the information available through EDEN’S owner reporting before you commit your Dubai property.
What this service covers
Reporting should help you connect the booking calendar to money received and costs paid. Ask the team to demonstrate the reporting available for your management arrangement. Confirm access, update timing and statement definitions before assuming that every figure is live or final.
Review calendar information
Check how confirmed stays, owner use dates and unavailable nights are displayed. A calendar should be interpreted alongside booking changes and cancellation terms.
Read income after deductions
Separate gross booking revenue from platform charges, management commission and property expenses. Ask how refunds and adjustments appear in the statement.
Resolve questions
Confirm who handles reporting questions and how supporting invoices are provided. Agree the payment timetable in writing rather than inferring it from a dashboard balance.
Scope and costs to confirm
Your property specific proposal should identify included work, separately billed costs and owner responsibilities. Ask how the commission is calculated, which booking charges are deducted and how optional services are approved. A calculator scenario is not a quotation or a guarantee of income.
Is an earnings estimate the same as a statement?
No. A calculator uses assumptions. A statement reports actual recorded activity and may include adjustments. Compare the two only after aligning their dates and cost definitions.
Discuss your property
Rental yield methodology explains the related part of the service. You can also compare the full management scope or request a rental assessment with your location, property type and plans.
Your rental estimate.
