What does EDEN’S take care of?
We offer listing management, guest management and property management. That includes photography, pricing, guest communication, housekeeping and maintenance coordination. Your agreement confirms exactly what is included.
How much does management cost?
Your proposal confirms the management commission, operating costs and optional services. The calculator uses a 20% example commission, which you can change.
Can I still use my home?
Tell us how and when you want to use your property. Owner use dates and booking arrangements should be agreed with the team before availability is published.
What about spending approvals and leaving the agreement?
Ask the team to set out maintenance approval limits, emergency procedures, payment timing and notice terms in your proposal before you sign. These arrangements are property specific.
Are the calculator returns guaranteed?
No. The calculator uses the assumptions you enter. Actual income depends on your location, property condition, demand, seasonality and costs. Our team can help review a scenario for your property.
