Prepare the facts
Start with the actual bedroom layout, sleeping arrangements, amenities and building rules. Confirm details such as parking access, balcony use and shared facilities before they appear in advertising.
Build and review the listing
Review the images and description against the current property. Separate facilities inside the home from facilities shared with the building. Restrictions belong beside the feature they qualify.
Coordinate calendars and pricing
Agree owner use dates before opening availability. Pricing needs to consider available nights, stay length, guest demand and the costs deducted from bookings. A displayed nightly rate is not an owner’s net income.
Scope and costs to confirm
