Photography should make a property understandable. A useful set shows how rooms connect, what each sleeping area contains and which facilities a guest can use. It should also reflect the furnishings and condition the guest will find on arrival.
Prepare the property
Complete cleaning, remove personal documents and confirm the furnishings that will remain in the home. Check that lighting works and that the photographed amenities are available to guests.
Choose the essential views
Cover living space, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen, then add relevant access or shared facility views. A balcony or view should be shown from a position guests can actually reach.
Keep the images current
Replace images after material layout or furnishing changes. Avoid edits that add views, enlarge rooms or suggest a private facility when access is shared.
