If you are planning a stay with family or friends on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, a three-bedroom holiday apartment with a private pool on the terrace is an option worth considering.

EDEN’S lists its Jaw-dropping 3BR Penthouse W/Seaview & Private Pool as a 449 m² penthouse with sea and Dubai Eye views. It may suit guests looking for separate bedrooms and private outdoor space. Before choosing it, check whether the beds, dining arrangements and full rental cost work for your group.

What the Penthouse Includes

According to the EDEN’S listing, the penthouse combines indoor living space with an outdoor terrace. Look through the exact unit’s photographs and description to decide how you would use the space during your stay.

A Private Pool and Spacious Terrace

One of the penthouse’s standout features is the private swimming pool on the terrace, with poolside sun loungers. The master bedroom also opens onto the terrace. This gives you an outdoor area to enjoy without relying only on a shared pool.

The private terrace pool is separate from the jacuzzi bath in the master en-suite bathroom. A private pool does not establish its temperature, dimensions, depth or whether the terrace is overlooked; ask EDEN’S about any of these details that matter to you.

Kitchen, Dining and Indoor Amenities

The property lists a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Its indoor dining table seats six. If everyone needs to eat together, check that the dining arrangement suits your group rather than assuming the maximum guest number matches the table size.

Check the Three-Bedroom Sleeping Layout

Do not simply assume that three bedrooms will suit your family or group. Consider who will share each bed and whether anyone needs a separate sleeping space.

Understand the Bed and Bathroom Setup

The listing describes one king-size bed in the master bedroom and one queen-size bed in each of the other two bedrooms. There are three en-suite bathrooms plus a guest WC, rather than four full bathrooms.

If this arrangement does not meet your group’s needs, discuss room allocation and any extra bedding with EDEN’S before confirming your booking.

Confirm Maximum Occupancy Before Booking

The booking engine displays a maximum of ten occupants. That is not evidence of ten separate bed spaces: the published layout lists one king and two queens. Ask EDEN’S to confirm:

  • The permitted number of adults and children for your stay, including children’s ages.
  • How each person will sleep, including any sofa bed, extra bed or cot required.
  • Whether additional bedding is available and whether it carries a charge.

Decide Whether a Private Pool Fits Your Stay

Choosing between a private and shared pool depends on more than group size. Think about how much time you plan to spend on the terrace, how many bedrooms you need and the total cost for your dates.

Private Terrace Pool vs. Shared Pool

The penthouse gives you a swimming pool attached to your own holiday apartment. The smaller EDEN’S one- and two-bedroom examples use shared pools. Neither option is automatically the better choice: the useful comparison is the space and facilities you will actually use.

Compare Bedrooms, Space and Dining Needs

If you need fewer bedrooms, consider the Fascinating one-bedroom apartment or the Astonishing two-bedroom apartment. Check each exact listing’s beds, outdoor space and quote before deciding.

Choose the penthouse because its three-bedroom layout and private terrace pool suit your plans, rather than assuming that a larger apartment guarantees the right sleeping or dining arrangement.

Confirm Access and Stay Conditions

Before booking, read the unit’s facilities and rental rules as carefully as its photographs. EDEN’S is the holiday-home operator; hotel-operated apartment packages may have different inclusions.

Check Pool Safety and Facility Access

If you are travelling with children, ask about pool depth, barriers, access from the rooms and any supervision requirements. Do not infer child-safety arrangements from photographs. Confirm heating or temperature control if that is important to your stay.

The exact EDEN’S listing also advertises shared-pool, beach and gym access. Confirm current access arrangements, age restrictions and any venue charges. Do not assume that spa treatments, water sports, restaurant meals or beach-club beds are included in the apartment price.

Review the Full Quote and Rental Rules

Ask for a quote for your actual dates and guest group. Check:

  • Cleaning: the final-cleaning charge, any required cleaning during the stay and what extra housekeeping costs.
  • Fees and taxes: the complete total and anything payable separately, without adding charges twice.
  • Deposit: the amount, payment or card-hold method, possible deductions and confirmed return process.
  • Cancellation: the conditions of your selected rate, payment deadlines and any special holiday-date restrictions.
  • Arrival: the check-in window, checkout time and arrangements or charges for arriving or leaving outside those hours.

EDEN’S published rules require guest registration and prohibit parties, loud music, indoor smoking and pets. Confirm visitor permissions before inviting anyone over. A private terrace is not permission to host a party.
